Acceptable Files and Programs

PDF files are always preferred, if available. AII EPS, TIFF and other graphic files that are used in creating any document must be included or embedded in the files. All artwork and documents must be spell-checked and proofed to ensure the file you give us is correct. Any change made to your file may incur a charge for graphics time.

Acceptable Programs - PC Based

• Adobe lllustrator, Version 10.0 Files saved as EPS or AI. Please have text converted to outlines before saving, this will relieve any font issues.
• Adobe PageMaker, Version 7.0: Save as a Standard PageMakeror PS File.
• Adobe Photoshop, Version 7.0 Save files as a Pholoshop file, TIFF or JPEG
• Microsoft Pubiisher 2002 or later: Please save files as PDF if possible. Native Pub. files may incur art charges
• Microsoft Word 2000 or later: Save as standard Word DOC. File
• Microsoft Power Point 2000 or later: Save as standard Power Point file.
• Microsoft Excel 2000 or later: Save as standard Excel File

Acceptable Programs - Mac Based

• QuarkXPress, Version 5.0 Save as a standard OuarkDoc. File
• Adobelllustrator,Version 10.0: Save as an lllustrator EPS
• Adobe PageMaker, Version 7.0: Save as a Standard PageMakeror PS File.
• Adobe Photoshop, Version 7.0: Save files as a Pholoshop file, TIFF or JPEG
• Freehand, Version 9.0: Save files as Freehand or EPS

If the program you are using is not listed please call to verify an acceptable format to save the document in.

Please include fonts, photos or graphics with all files. Save all graphic files at 300 dpi or higher preferred.
